We're trying a DiGiorno's Pizza for dinner.

Not sure I'd get past the step of just opening the bag of cheese and eating it: lots of it. LOL.I made a homemade pizza with green peppers, olives, pineappleand lots of mozzarella.

Mature lettuce does have a tough vein in the leaf, maybe that's why it was chewy?The spinach in the above post (#537) had a strange taste to it. A sort of chemical-y, bitter-ish taste. Dole pre-packaged, pre-washed; not organic, nor was it baby spinach, which is what I usually get. It was also kind of "chewy" after cooking. I will avoid this in the future.
