What's on your pillow?

they really do help with your hair, especially if you have fine hair as I do, keeps it from breaking off... and knotting ... . I wouldn't have silk sheets I only ever have cotton, but silk p/cases always
 

My hair looks equally bad in the morning after a night of sleeping on my mulberry silk pillowcase. Now I alternate between it and sateen. Since I keep it short, I have no issues with hair breakage.

I also have a mulberry silk eye mask. Itā€™s quite large and soft and definitely keeps the light out.
