What's your favorite piece of exercise equipment?

As someone that also urban street exercises by walking, I will also add even if Michael Flatley were Irish dancing on busy urban streets wearing earbuds that no one could hear, hardly anyone would pay him more than a few seconds of attention because not hearing music while someone is say solo dancing is a huge disconnect. Thus one can exercise in public so combined with just walking with little notice just like someone playing around skate boarding.

@Medusa so great to see you back on SF! I have missed you.

My favorite piece of exercise equipment is the Chest Press. I really feel the results afterward. A close second would be the treadmill. I love to listen to music while I'm on it.

Me too, music on the treadmill. If I'm not listening to Whatsapp audios, (okay, or watching my tablet) I'm all about the music too.

I used to download music by a group called, I think, "the workout music team," which was a Latin band doing current music, faster; surprisingly good. My middle child said it sounded like you brought your Latin friend to karaoke.

I know I listed my treadmill earlier, but you know, I'm starting to think my scale is my favorite piece of equipment, or at least one of. This thing tracks weight in body fat, muscle, water, bone density, visceral fat and several others.

It's keeping track of my goal and daily progress toward it.

I had made a table on Docs to track on weekly weight loss, but this morning found that the scale app is doing that as well. I love this thing.

It's a VeSync Smart Body Scale. - Anyone else used one of these types?
