When people you aren't close to comment on your weight loss

If someone says “you’re looking healthy”, you should be hearing “you’ve gained weight.”

There was an Asian woman that worked in my department. She'd say "You're looking prosperous."

Sure no reduction on steak nor bacon here, I don't get it that often so no cutback needed. Over 30 lbs lost so far.
