When I was first married and even before that I lived in South Philly. We had a Disc Jokey living on our block. Every Summer he would hold a party outside. He would start the party with songs with a girl's name in the title. He always started with the song Barbara Ann by the beach boys. I would get teased all the time because they thought he favored me. He also played hello Mary Lou and Dianna and many others. Then one day he played many songs with the name Barbara in the title. I wanted to put one of the songs in, but youtube isn't working for me today. Are there any songs with your name in the title?

I remember a song titled “Barbara” by the Temptations, but not the most famous group named The Temptations.

Barbara Ann is Jan & Dean, I'm thinking.
 
yes , very well known song with my name... can't say what it is or you'll all know what my real name is...:D

...also a couple of very well known songs with my DD's name !
