Where do you eat?

Are you a homebody, who always eats at home? Do you eat mostly frozen meals? Cook your own big meals? Do you eat out a lot? If so, where do you enjoy eating out?

For me. Right now I'm in a home, so somebody makes my meals. But I hope to be back home next month , and back to Marie Calander's. I don't cook.

I eat at home. Eating out is a waste of time and money for me. I also know that food service is a terrible job, so I don't support it. My kitchen abilities have taken off since I became vegan a month ago.

I eat at home. I cook occasionally but when I do, I cook enough to divide up and put in the freezer. Then when I want it, I just pull it out of the freezer and heat it up. This way, I do more heating up than cooking. I don't enjoy cooking so this makes it easier for me.

I DO enjoy cooking so cook at home
We rarely go out to eat but every 2 months or so we do.
I like to know what’s in my food and making it myself guarantees that

I cook every day, fresh ingredients mainly... although I'm not averse to frozen or pre=prepared packaged foods and happily eat the although I'm fussy about what I buy... ..

We eat out often, probably 6 times a month, sometimes more sometimes less!!

At home most of the time. I'm hopeless in the kitchen but my wife is a wonderful cook. Cooking for two often results in leftovers which usually go into the freezer only to make a debut appearance a few weeks later. The leftovers are often even better than the original. Maybe once a month we go out to a restaurant or dine with friends.

Usually at home. I cook 2 or 3 times a week, eat and/or freeze leftovers. Sometimes it's just a burger and a veg. I don't bake. If I want dessert, it's cooky or an ice cream cone.

If I eat out, it's for lunch with a friend. Sometimes we'll get a pizza delivery.

I used to love to cook, but these days, not so much. I hate the clean-up but I just cannot leave it. I still enjoy making soups.

Since he has retired, Hubby has taken over the cooking. He's a good cook, so I'm a happy camper. We eat out for lunch a couple times a week, go out with friends once a week. It's a good mix.

Eat main meal out about 3 times a week at different restaurants.

Other than that variety we enjoy meals at home. The reason is my wife is a fantastic cook. I'd say chef & I'm her sous chef but that would be bragging. Seriously we do work well together in building meals that would be award winners.

Discovering a simple thing like soaking chopped up figs in burbon to add to a pear/pecan cake recepie to find they almost disolve when baked and add a moisture that gives a unique flavor is the kind of thing we do.

I cook all meals and mostly from scratch. We have two big chest freezers so whatever I cook I usually double and freeze. This frees up days when I don't feel like cooking or am to tired from yard work etc. I also buy meats on sale to freeze. Once in awhile we go to IHop on seniors night. When we visit my daughter we have dinner out coming and going. Recently we took a trip to Atlantic City NJ and had the buffet in the casino. This is quite enough for us.

Wait. What?? A month? And yet you were commenting on another thread as though you were a life long vegan. ROFLMAO!!! Talk to me after a couple years.

We eat, mostly, at home. We go out about 2-3 times a week. I cook everyday. As a vegan, and a gourmet chef, I like my dishes better than what I get, outside, usually, but we like the social aspects of eating out and, occasionally, trying new places. For us, grocery shopping is always a fun outing. We shop at several specialty grocery stores as well as one general grocery store.

That was me who said I have been vegan for twenty-six years, vegetarian for forty. Stop your laughing, Carol. You don't want to lose your "A," right? Makes it hard to sit down!

We eat at home most of the time. Never really go out but I usually pick up something on my way back from trips to moms.

That is generally, Popeyes Chicken..And that is what's for dinner tonight. After I've had my toddy to wind down.

Too lazy to shower and dress to go out for breakfast. So coffee gets turned on nd an hour later, eggs several differnt ways, side meat and my favorit fried potatos and onions and eat my morning dose of supplements. Lunch is almost eating out every day as I'm surrounded by restaurants. Supper depends on my mood.

I eat at home mostly all the time. I cook meals for myself, using fresh ingredients, but nothing fancy. It really isn't much harder or take much longer than heating up a frozen dinner, and it's a lot better for me. I don't need all the fat, salt and sugar in those pre-prepared meals.

Where do I eat?

Wherever I get hungry

I don’t eat much, just take off the edge, unless it’s steak

Two meals a day, usually

My lady is damn near vegan
(more cheese for me)

When in town, once a week or less, we dine mostly on Chinese

Otherwise I eat what my lady fixes
