It's lucky he's never got them caught in his throat! Especially chicken bones that easily sliver.

I never thought about how I worded my post, but in me saying "bones", I was meaning the knuckles and all. My apologies, Janice, but yes, you're right, chicken bones are dangerous.

This is definitely one of those "learn something new every day" moments- I wasn't aware chickens even had knuckles!!!

I've always called them "knuckles", but cartilage.
