Where is it coming from?

The woman next door wears her perfume so strong, that I can smell it over here in summer.........
 

Yes, treeguy, I have also had very strange experiences in the rare times I and others (I would never do it alone) used a Ouija board. Even though there was nothing sinister, it was too unnerving.
I did the Ouija board only once, with my daughter when she was a teenager. We asked a question and I felt the board move resolutely without my help, so I figured it was my daughter pulling it just to have fun with me. After, when I told her what happened and was laughing about it, she told me she thought that I was funning with her, that she was not moving it. The hair rose in the back of my neck. We got rid of it the next day.
 
Ruthanne, it could be something called "phantosmia", which is literally smelling something that isn't there. It's also known as an olfactory hallucination. It sounds horrible, but it's quite normal. It happens to most people. Sometimes it's bad smell. I doubt that it's old dead Uncle Herbert.
