I've been listening to music tonight and playing lots of cds and all of a sudden I am smelling very fragrant men's cologne! It smells very good, has not bothered me at all. Just wondering why I am smelling it...but it keeps on and I don't get it...

Anyone else have this experience?

It could be something called synesthesia, which is kind of a crossover of sensory inputs. Possibly the music that you were listening to triggered the fragrance association; the sense of smell is primal, and runs deep in memory. Synesthesia is harmless, can be pleasurable, and is experienced in varying degrees by many.

I wish I could smell money in the house. 😺

So have I, though usually with objects moving around. A friend of mine had a visit from a deceased relative. She could smell his cigar very strongly.

If you live in an apartment, there is a good likelihood that you are smelling odors from one of your neighbors....especially if your housing has any "shared" heating/AC infrastructure.
That’s what I was thinking

DID You Know.................
most paper money, estimated as high as 90%, has cocaine residue on it?
I very seldom handle cash, so there's no chance of getting addicted. Anyway, money is supposedly the dirtiest things you handle, lots of germs. I had no idea about the cocaine, though.

Yes, the bill is rolled up for 'snorting' purposes. Therefore, there must be a lot of nasal mucous as well. I'm not ostentatious, I would use a nice, clean straw.

Ive heard of this phenomenum and dont discount it. Ive lived in my house since my Hubby died in 2015 and only once did I smelt a whiff of his ciggy smoke and it lasted a while. Ive not smelt it since but do smell a sweet aroma in a certain spot in my lounge and there are no flowers or room sprays about

During a seance, I smelled jasmine perfume when this witch was summoned. Later, as the Ouija board spelled out M...U....R....D....E...., the table, a heavy wooden one, jumped about four inches in the air! That ended my first, and only, seance experience.

This was in our upstairs neighbors' apartment. They were a straight-laced couple, but if they were rigging a show for us, they did a great job.

Yes, treeguy, I have also had very strange experiences in the rare times I and others (I would never do it alone) used a Ouija board. Even though there was nothing sinister, it was too unnerving.
