I thought we were supposed to be a large market? I know there are plenty of aging actors, so it can't be that.
Sure, we get tossed a rare bone here and there such as "Grumpy Old Men" and its sequel. But I can't bring any holiday flicks to mind.
Please, not one of those unrealistically soapy "Hallmark" style things. It doesn't have to be a comedy, but a romcom can be nice. I don't even care if it's an apocalypse movie that brings a dissonant couple together. Or a cowboy story like "Open Range" (2003) or "Broken Trail" (2006). Both of those are great, ladies, if you haven't watch them yet.
