Which current behavior will be most unthinkable 100 years hence

You never know. Just think of all the advances over the last 50 years. Hard to imagine where the world will be in 100 years. Hopefully some terriost group won't figure out a way to nuke the world along the way.
 
Writing with pens, reading from paper books, letters delivered by post office. Everything will be digital.
