Which direction do you sleep in bed?

Feet toward the northeast. Usually fall asleep on my back as I'm reading but over the night I change position often and use both my right and left sides and my stomach, also use both sides of the bed and corner to corner.

According to feng shui, your bed should be positioned so that you can see the doorway from your bed, but not directly in line with it. This is known as the "commanding position," which is considered essential for a restful and secure sleep environment. Being able to see the entrance allows you to feel aware of your surroundings, promoting a sense of safety and control.

However, the bed should not be placed so that your feet are pointing directly toward the door, as this is referred to as the "coffin position" and is believed to bring negative energy and feelings of vulnerability.

Ideally, the bed should be placed diagonally across from the door, allowing a clear view of the entrance without being directly aligned with it. If this is not possible, a mirror can be used on the wall to reflect the door, providing the visual awareness without the negative positioning.

I don't always sleep in a bed, sometimes I hang from the rafters, other times in a coffin and I've been know to sleep in a recliner. I'll stop clowning around as this is a serious scientific conversation. I sleep with my feet to the south and my head towards the heavens. I tend to sleep on my sides and for short lengths of time on my stomach. I don't like heavy blankets and my feet can't be covered.

Which direction? Does that mean where is your head placed (ie, top of head) or where your eyes are looking (straight ahead instead of back of bed like the head)?

I sleep in all three of the positions asked about - but not simultaneously.
Any position of your body or parts of your body is just fine while replying to my silly topic šŸ˜‰

Never gave it much thought but what I do ponder quite often are the questions asked here. :coffee: Don...
Not sure what you mean, perhaps a general comment. Anyway, you may always skip
over any topics that you ponder are not to your liking.
