Which is more important to you?

I would respectfully suggest that you should lighten up. Just because a person posts a question on this site does not obligate the rest of us to respond in a way that you deem appropriate. There is no cynicism involved. On another thread about whether all people could agree on anything, the general consensus was not (although some people disagreed with that!).
Obviously all of the things that you list are all important (except I would suggest that money is just a means to an end, unless you are broke and have other people dependent on you), at different times in our lives and situations--as most of us are older (I'm 76), it appears that many of the answers are about health.
It took three of us lads to "rope her down" apparently, but I think your post succeeded really, ("Well done"!). :)

I asked this once before, but this is a new audience, so,
Which do you consider to be most important (most meaningful) to you?

Love?
Health?
Money?
Happiness?
or
Freedom?

Why?
IMHO one can live without love, money, happiness and even health because if one is not free and I mean truly free all the other wants, needs, desires and craving are purely academic.

There was no 'attacking' either that i saw unless the simple act of not answering as OP wishes is considered an attack.

...What if I asked your favorite color? Would you attack me for that as well?
That's a false equivalency. Asking about matters of 'taste' (reading, entertainment, climate preferences) is much more simple and fun than asking people what is 'most important' of five things that likely all of us value having as part of our lives. Prioritizing even just love, health and freedom is not the same as asking what one's favorite color is.

I'm sorry, sad for you, that you feel attacked when people don't respond as you expect/wish. i really don't think that was anyone's intent.

Lets not overdo it in response though, because the thread did manage to generate interest even if the OP and title have some flaws logically or whatever.

Lets have another look at the OP to see where there is merit too, (for example asking folks to say why they prize their choice above others):

No-one said that it was without merit, as i recall.

And the act of asking for the 'why?' In itself moves it out of the simple/fun category because one is in essence asking people to justify their choice, tho human nature being what it is i suspect most would volunteer the 'because' anyway. Most people would not ask the same about a statement of favorite color but these five items have more impact on our lives than color choices.

Well, There are always those whotake a happy little thread and instead of bypassing it, have to insert their negativity upon it.

You must admit though you did sound as though you were telling someone off, (as you have with my good self).

Anyway, "good thread", "end of"!!!! 🙃 🙂 🥳:giggle:(y):sneaky::sneaky:

In which of my comments? Or all of them? LOL! That's funny coming from someone who feels ridicule is an acceptable form of communication. I guess it is ok for you 'lads' to state your opinions affirmatively but not for me?
In #56 i did speak more strongly, because when it comes to uses and misuses of language i'm not one to get mealy mouthed and over qualify what it is to me a statement of fact. My Dad taught me to state my case about things as clearly as possible.

You're not the first to say that believe me, (the then Mrs grahamg saying I spoke in riddles!), however I just put it down to my "trying too hard" to express myself, for all kinds of reasons! :)

Btw "Sufferin Succotash" was the Looney Tunes expression I tried to spell earlier! :) )
With respect to OP (and thanks for starting a fun thread), @grahamg, I'm not having any trouble understanding your posts.

In order of importance:

1. Happiness. All below can lead to it in varying degrees.

2. Health. That one’s obvious. It helps to feel good and not have that worry.

3. Freedom. That says a lot about me. With it you can pursue what’s below.

4. Money & Love are tough ones. Love can be fleeting, but money can last a lot longer and love can result in a loss of freedom.

Love: Been married to my high school sweetheart for 34 years now and that has to be right up there at the top.

Health: I have to say we as a family have been quite blessed with decent health all these years so there is an importance to that, but even if we didn't have our health we would still have our love for each other.

Than happiness with the both of them that were mentioned about this falls right into place.

IMO all the aspects mentioned above are interwoven or intertwined. If we did not have love, money happiness or freedom our health would deteriorate at some given time for lack of it. A little bit of everything is important to be a lovable, healthy, happy stable human being. However, in the real world, is this possible?
