They could take my wallet, but I want to keep my email address. If you have to change your email address, think of all the sites, which still use your old address. I hate it when you're surfing, and to keep using the site, they want your email address. Oh, great, that's another 50 email ads a month. And those email blockers either don't work or you spend all day updating them.
So, which would you rather give up in a robbery-your wallet, or your email address?

You can keep my email address. I can always get another. Not my wallet, pilgrim! It's got my driver's license, my credit cards, banking card, list of my medications and yes, it's even got a little bit of money it.

I can see a thief wanting your PIN so they can use the card in your wallet asap, but why in the world would they want your email address?

In any case, I'd give 'em my wallet if the alternate choice was getting a bullet. You can cancel your debit and credit cards anytime 24hrs a day, and I think you can replace a lost drivers license online.
