According to an Australian reporter covering Australian PMs visit, there has been an incident at a gate at the White House and a van has been forcibly prevented from entering. The WH is under lockdown. No other details.
 

A female driver "struck a security barrier outside the iconic building, the Secret Service said."

Secret service personnel apprehended the driver.

Her name was not immediately released, but a law enforcement official told NBC News that the woman has mental problems and was known to the Secret Service because she's been around the White House before.

"No law enforcement personnel were injured during the incident," the Secret Service said.
"No shots were fired", they said.

The paranoid schizophrenic brother of a friend was determined he had a message for the president a couple of administrations back.

The White House guards all knew him because he would stand around and chat with them when they weren't busy. He went over the fence two different times and got pretty close to the WH, but they chased him down and stopped him.

He did some jail time for it, but they never harmed him.

You need to remove references to real people. That last name is very political and there are some here who might believe you're serious.
