Recently I mis-gendered a forum member because I thought that they have a masculine username. Another member mis-gendered me in a similar manner.
I rarely look into people's profiles so I often know very little about them aside from their postings.
As someone who embraces DEI I don't care if you're black, white or brindle, I'm more interested in what you say and how you say.
On reflection I realise that I know certain users could be anyone and I like that air of mystery.
