I do eat my vegies and white meat/fish and eat fruits and dairy. I don't weigh everything, only some things. I measure the nuts. I do reward myself for "being good" with a cup of coffee in the evening.I literally weigh and measure everything I eat and drink. I allow myself 1600 calories a day. I walk between 7-10k steps a day. I mostly drink water because I prefer to eat my calories. I have a kitchen scale which helps with weighing food. I think it’s easy to fool ourselves about how much we are consuming.
