would anyone do this to a new Cadillac? We were down state this weekend, for a family reunion, and this was in our hotel parking lot. I snapped these pictures while I was out for an early walk.

Some people are just a little "eccentric." If I had a new caddy, I certainly wouldn't be intentionally junking it up. I've seen similar things done to old VWs or the like, but never a brand new car. Weird!
