. We do the right things in this world not because of the other person, but because of who we are... I was raised to to expect nothing in return when I give a gift. But this is something done out of love you say?.
I am reminded of the saying "If you love someone, set them free. If they come back they're yours;
if they don't they never were." Kidney donors are heroes.. The difference between a healthy life and one full of dialysis sessions
often comes down to the kind act of a kidney donor , offering one of their precious organs.. she is one of those heroes who saved her husbands life in 2009.. but in all fairness they married in 2007.. , at first everything seemed great.. they were happily married
and living in a nice 3 bedroom house.. then Andy fell ill he needed a new kidney or he would die his kidneys were failing.. . his wife said he was on dialysis 3 times a week .. even though she said their marriage was already suffering she felt it only right to do anything she could to make him feel better.. a real act of kindness .. but now she says , her act of kindness did not generate the type of gratefulness in Andy one would expect.surely she must have had a slightest doubt his feelings may not change or make their marriage better because of this donation... but any way that is just my version of it I may not know the whole story but to me it seems she is just dissappointed and I am sure he is grateful.. who wouldn`t be but that doesn`t make it right to be forever bound to that person.which brings me to the first part of my post.. If you love someone set them free .. If the marriage wasn`t going too well nothing not even a donation is going to make it any better and maybe drove him away who knows.. ..
