Pleonexia, sometimes called pleonexy, originating from the Greek πλεονεξία, is a philosophical concept which roughly corresponds to greed, covetousness, or avarice, and is strictly defined as "the insatiable desire to have what rightfully belongs to others."

Pleonexia seems to encompass far more than an overboard desire to have everything ,
but in addition, to have what belongs to others, specifically, and even when that taking, knowingly causes significant harm to others.

Yikes. That's not just a case of bad values or lack of any;
it includes hateful actions toward others, to a frightful extreme.
