Wordle and Quordle Daily

I play wordle daily on my computer, not on the phone. Can somebody tell me how to share the diagram of boxes (like you are all doing here) with specific people, if they are phone contacts? In other words, would I have to play on the phone in order to do that?
 
I'm not sure, but you can play, save on your clipboard and then send messages on your phone to your contacts, and do a ctrl V to download the image.
