It's a name, Citygirl, not a word in English. If proper nouns like people's names are allowed in a game like this, there is literally no limit to what anyone can put down and insist that it is a word. Probably the only fair way to deal with this is to use the well-known Scrabble rule: If it's in the dictionary (standard English), it counts as an English word, otherwise it doesn't. The dictionary should be a standard Webster, Scrabble, or other well-known dictionary, not some oddball collection of company names, names of countries, etc.

And if you don't have a dictionary, try using Google.
