The only job the state told me I can work because of my neuropathy in my feet. They said I can't wash dishes or any job that I'm on my feet. Is working a cash register a good job? What about operating heavy equipment?
How old are you Robert? There's plenty of seated jobs that you can do other sitting at a cash register. Have you thought about driving? And looking at your avatar, a motor cycle courier might appeal, just have a good think about it and don't be fobbed off by petty bureaucracy. The only job the state told me I can work because of my neuropathy in my feet. I'm no doctor, but IMO working a job where one is standing, is far more healthier than a job where one is sitting, but as Horseless so mentioned, I believe there are other opportunities for you.The only job the state told me I can work because of my neuropathy in my feet. I think exploring some type of seated desk job would be the place to look".
That was the first thing I thought of when you mentioned getting a job where you don't stand on your feet. I think the type of job you can do depends on your health- and how much you can physically do.
