Would you do this though you have no talent?

Well, it's certainly not on my bucket list, but considering the average song is about 3 minutes, which translates to over $300 a minute.
I think I could tough it out as long as I know where the exit door is and I never have to see them again.
That being said, there would need to also be a stipulation in the contract that no tomatoes would be allowed into the auditorium.

I am definitely a ham. I'd gladly take the $1,000, first; but to be in front of an audience-I would have done it for free. And as long as it's not a contest rule the audience has to stay while I sing/dance. My singing and dancing would clear the place out in less than 10 seconds.

I can't imagine why anyone would pay someone to do this. And my answer would depend on their motives.

If it's a talent search, and I actually had enough talent to enjoy sharing it with people, sure. I'd probably do it for nothing. Especially if I was young and had show business aspirations.

If it's for a nasty exhibition of no-talent people up there to be made fun of, no. There's something sick about it.
