I went out to pick up a few things and wow, driving seems to be going downhill.
Gloomy drizzly day, yet idjits are out there driving with pimp-tinted windows and their running lights off. I saw 3 accidents and had a near-miss myself... so add fools speeding to the list. Too fast, can't see, and can't be seen. How do these people get insurance?
