Oooh, my favourite subject, food!
Shawarma, falafel, hummus .. also Indian curries, many of which we make ourselves, Greek, Italian, Turkish (we have Turkish relatives), Polish (relatives), Japanese (though most authentic restaurants are way downtown), Chinese (we make a lot of our own). Other than fish, which I'm allergic to, we eat just about everything. I can eat scallops, shrimp, crab and lobster, thankfully.
