My hips. My hips. Always, my hips.
And my lower back. And my neck. But mostly, my freaking hips.

I tore or strained my rotator cuff last year and until I got to the doctor I had someone wrap a wide piece of Ace bandage around my arm and body at midriff height, just to keep that arm snug against my side to remind me not to move it. Then I went to the doctor and he put me on a ten day course of prednisone which made me feel great and allowed it to heal. Hope you can get help today!well i am still suffering greatly with the right sjoulder thing...no real releif yet, pathces, heat , ice pills, just
temp releif....this may result in surgery but i really hope not....

Only my right hip is hurting today and so far..
I am contemplating if I should move to a condo, so there is no yard maintenance to worry about. And a smaller living space will definitely be easier to keep it tidy.Surprisingly not my back but the arthritis in my hands is worse after digging a large deep hole through tough ground yesterday with a 30 pound Bosch Hammer. But I'm finished at least. My wonky hands prevented me from being able to retract the collar in order to remove the spade bit. As a result I'll have to carry it back to the check out desk today out of the case. The other embarrassment is not being able to return the heavy gauge extension cord wound the way I received it. But frankly that tight bundle is much less user friendly than the way my contractor brother taught me to store them.

Just my pinky finger which I mangled with a electric drill while driving screws in a porch I'm building.
I'll live![]()
