Going tomorrow morning with my daughter, I know Ill die since it's been awhile that I even went with her and. I was in better shape then.

Will stand in the back, so I can leave if I have to, lol.

I was doing it a couple of years ago, 4 days a week. Now just once in awhile, classes are too early or late for my liking...and sometimes the sign says full, no more can enter.

When I was younger I used to go out to a Jazzercise class at 5:30 am, then come home and shower and get ready for work. Lots more energy when we're young, that's for sure!

I don't do any exercise. All I do is sit on my chair and read how sitting too much is bad for me. A number of diseases of are in a race to see who can take credit for my demise. I guess I should stake bets, but then I couldn't collect.

Sea, For me it was belly dancing that got me into competition dancing in my 20's. It relieved a lot to tension for me

Interesting Ina, great exercise too for the back, waist and stomach. I'm impressed that you were able to go into competition dancing there...kudos! :yougogirl:

I just do yoga....and I really enjoy it.

No Zumba near me...and I need something near to make me attend!

If you get a decent yoga teacher, they let you stop when you need to, or suggest another way of doing an excercise if it is likely to strain anything..( I am sure Phil is better at this than me....as usual!)
