For years I have taken these supplements:
multi Vitamin with Iron
Calcium 600+D,Vitamin C twice/day
multi Vitamin with Iron

I don't see many addressing fiber in their supplements.
Adding to eating or fiber I do include 1-2 teaspoons of Metamucil. When I finish my powder I am going to but the gummies because it is easier to pop one than to mix. I know it is laziness.I address fiber through the foods I eat. Lots of leafy greens and other veggies, berries and fruits.. I eat a small amount of starchy foods; maybe a cup a day between beans, quinoa, oats, and others in that family.
Do you take Metamucil or something of that ilk, fmdog?
Morning: Vit C, Glucosamine, 85mg. Aspirin, Vit. D, Saw Palmetto, alternate, daily: Niacin and Red Yeast Rice.
Noon: L-Arginine, Vit. D
Night: Lemon Balm, Magnesium, Probiotic, Vit B12, Claritin
TG--I'm surprised you need vitamin D since you work outside in the sunshine.
