Supplements taken........

For years I have taken these supplements:
multi Vitamin with Iron
Calcium 600+D,Vitamin C twice/day

I don't see many addressing fiber in their supplements.

I address fiber through the foods I eat. Lots of leafy greens and other veggies, berries and fruits.. I eat a small amount of starchy foods; maybe a cup a day between beans, quinoa, oats, and others in that family.

Do you take Metamucil or something of that ilk, fmdog?

fish oil, garlic, magnesium, milk thisle, vitamin d-3, (turmeric, ginger, green tea drink daily w cider vinegar), only medication is for high blood pressurer (138-84) I have taken St Johns Wort for depression... But, with all that said, I realize my physical body and muscles are slowly deteriorating. I ask the doctor for a pill that would make me young again and he said, we all need that.

Adding to eating or fiber I do include 1-2 teaspoons of Metamucil. When I finish my powder I am going to but the gummies because it is easier to pop one than to mix. I know it is laziness.;)

TG--I'm surprised you need vitamin D since you work outside in the sunshine.

Much of my work is actually done in the shade: I'm under trees or surrounded by the canopy when I'm aloft. Also, I religiously wear sunscreen and sun shielding clothing to avoid skin cancer, an occupational hazard for those in the business who haul brush and load it in full sunlight. I'm a climber, although I do, occasionally, haul and load, on small jobs.

If I may ask, what are the benefits of Red Yeast Rice? Have you taken it long and do you find it helpful?

I don't take anything but my DH takes muli vitamin & a supplement called Moringa. I think he takes it for inflammation but not sure.
