Police in Texas say the girl opening a container of Blue Bell’s Tin Roof flavored ice cream, licking the top and putting it back in a store freezer is a teenager from San Antonio.

Footage of the girl seen quickly licking the top of a tub of open ice cream while, off-camera, someone encourages her before saying, “Put it back” went viral last week. The girl laughs throughout the short video.

I saw that in the news yesterday!! Absolutely disgusting!! Anyone found doing anything like that should automatically face Jail time!

I always buy Hagen daz ice cream it's has a layer of protection film on the top...all foods should have the same!!

Yes, there is jail time, there are laws on the books, for tampering with products. The police are actively searching for her identity..
 
I saw that clip too,what the **** was she thinking,laughing like it was a big joke
I hope they find and arrest her,spends a couple nights in jail without bail
Her parents must feel horrified by her stupidity
 
We were at Walmart and got a bag of grapes and when we were checking out, while the lady was weighing them I pointed at Sweetie and said, she ate one, the checkout lady smiled, but ignored me. When we got outside Sweetie said, that wasn't necessary. One time we were at CVS Drug Store and I needed some Preparation H and as the young checkout girl was scanning it I said to Sweetie, you need anything else? This time she didn't think it was funny and said, you know that is for you ass hole. Somewhere over the years Sweetie lost here sense of humor and I just shuffle along with her and my favorite answer is, whatever you want.
 
So bad and disgusting! . ... They have identified her, and now Blue Bell has said that they will be doing a re-do of securing their ice cream cartons.
So ... up goes the pricing to consumers, of an already high priced product , thanks to an idiot.
 
This morning when I got up the 1/2 of a cup of coffee that I had left on the kitchen counter last night had a dead roach floating in it. Wasn't that bad enough? I did not need to see this on top of that. :confused:

You're assuming she had good parents ...... I feel that IF she had good parents .... she wouldn't do such a thing.

Kids occasionally do very stupid things on the spur of the moment or when they're dared. I sure did.

IMHO, unless this girl has a history of criminal behavior the legal consequence should be a slap on the wrist like community service plus a long and scary talking-to. Her parents need to address with her, big time and impose consequences of their own.
 
Blue Bell is a cesspool for disease and has been shut down more than once for bacteria concerns. Add to that there is nothing special about their crappy ice cream.
