I'm curious what do you do before you come here to Senior Forums?
Every morning,I get down on my mat and do my daily exercises for my partial right knee.I get dressed, then take my 1st walk of the day. If its not raining,I water the 17 plants in our community garden in back of the apt building.
I check my emails, read goggle news as I'm eating my breakfast then come here Sue

Coffee on the patio.
Check mail.
Check a couple of other forums I've been on for many years.
Check the news feed.
Play a bit of my online game.
Get the kid off to school.

Not always in the above order, other than coffee first.

Feed my cats, make coffee, play with cats until they tire, then get dressed, go for a walk, feed the wildlife, come inside, clean litter boxes, check news feeds and weather, eat breakfast, go back outside, water my garden, pick what needs picked, check the mail, then depending on the weather...run the weed eater, mow grass, trim some bushes, if it's raining...inside chores. Then, I check the forum.

Wake up have coffee with my husband out by the pool, read the Wall Street Journal, swim in my pool get my exercise. Get changed usually do some housework some cooking and go out and about sometimes the beach sometimes shopping

Coffee in the sunroom with my wife, takes about a hour to set the world straight.
Some kind of exercise most days: gym, yoga, walking.
My Zen Buddy cat needs her lap time. The dogs need their play.
Dealing with prostrate cancer kept me very busy from Dec of last year until June of this year, daily radiation treatments for nine weeks, and the after effects of hormone treatment (Lupron Shots). Yes, at 76 I am a "completely harmless male" who gets to experience hot flashes. ( I always thought that women were exaggerating, well …….not anymore.)
Wed mornings, breakfast with the ROMEOS (Retired Old Men Dining Out).
I used to hang out at the Vespa forum and had a ball with those folks. I had to give up the Vespa after I turned 75 as I had agreed with my wife.
And then there is yard work, my laundry duties, my kitchen duties, and something always needs fixing. (The wife still does more than I do.)
And then I come here for some philosophy.

I do not drink coffee (**GASP**) so I set up a glass of water or juice, maybe make a piece of toast, and sit at computer for a while before I start my day. Check email, Facebook, and THEN here, because I know I usually spend the longest time here.

After breakfast, I do the dishes, emptied the trash this morning, then took my medications. Afterwards I sat at my desk and played my harmonicas for an hour or so. I had a hamburger with my son at noon, then back to my harmonicas. Browsed the online music stores checking out
Chromatic harmonicas, thinking to buy one. Never did. Turned on some music on Spotify and jammed with some country groups, then a jazz group. Worked on breathing endurance, timing, and embrochure, just practice. Came on here after dinner. Each day is different.

I usually let the dog out in the morning, wash up in the bathroom, get the paper from the driveway, give my furkids some morning treats, get my hubby and myself a cup of coffee and a small breakfast muffin like an Aussie Bite, then check my email and any other sites I need to before I visit here. On a busy day I won't post much, just pop in throughout the day when I'm between chores, errands or walking the dog.
