I was on my second day of training, yesterday the lady training me tried to push me off on another employee asking her to train me, she said No. The 2 hours I was with her she didn't show me anything. I was put with someone else, they had something else for her to do. I learned more from the second lady in a half hour. So I was put with a teenager to train with, I had only a couple of hours training from yesterday. This teenager told me to move it faster. When things got slow I had a calm talk with her asking her how old are you? I told her how old I was, that I can't move as good as I use to and don't process things as fast, this is as good as it's going to get. People forget that they were once trained too, yea training isn't fun, they should tell the supervisor they don't want to train? Only people who have patience should train, Not a teenager, most don't like themselves. Feel like I'm going to have to figure things out myself? When I asked for help? I get these looks like I'm bothering them? I feel like this is an uphill Battle? Don't want to complain? Or should I say something?
