Some of the biggest jerks I have ever met have been Indians.

Seems to be either one extreme or the other with them.

Overpopulated....They just don't give a damn. Somebody dies and a dozen more babies are born.

Even their art has sexual overtones. Hey, making babies feels good.

Humanitarian efforts like HIV/AIDs prevention & fighting tuberculosis, etc. are only part of it.


Foreign aid is also earmarked for other causes including combating weapons of mass destruction and counter-terrorism efforts.
