Non- whites will be the majority in the US, UK and Europe begining in 2045.

One of the curious facts is that non- whites will be the majority in the US, UK and Europe begining in 2045. There are so many government data bases , which support that statement. ( Anybody can google it.) Do you believe that will have any effect on things? If so, why? Secondly, does it even matter?
 

There have been a number of predictions made about the future, and they are agreed that what is happening now is the prelude to a global conflict between the races. Many will die but the end result is Europe returning to being an all-white society.
 

I live in Pennsylvania. It's hard to find a period in our history, when some PA politician wasn't in prison for corruption. And I firmly believe there is no difference between the races. So............
 
Don't you find it interesting that the people who migrate to Western societies are from Africa and Asia? It seems that most orientals (Japanese and Chinese) are content to stay in their own countries.

I find it interesting that , we America, the largest "Western" society are demonized in just about every manner possible. And yet "here" America is where they all seem to want to come.
 
IMO the racial makeup of the nation doesn't matter.

What matters most to me is that we develop our nation's human capital to meet the challenges of the future.

I read about that quite a few years ago, and thought the time-frame was shorter when stating of individual races Hispanics would be the majority. Initially I thought it a good thing- til I recalled the changes in my own experiences. I don't know whether it's "these days" or locations, but while it shouldn't matter I believe this 'everybody practice their own "culture"' has been backfiring. As only one example, I knew of a school (grades 5-8) that conducted everyday school business in Spanish, and less than 40% of the students were fluent in English.

In the distant past, I had only positive experiences with Hispanics- in one area where they were the majority by a huge margin, and another area where I was the only person who wasn't Hispanic. Individuals had the same attitude I'd always been familiar with- people are people, neighbors are neighbors.

My first negative experience was with an apartment complex manager who didn't want me to live there. Much later, in a different location, I happened to see a person post on a forum that she lives in this city, and one remark she made was 'I don't associate with white people.' So it all depends on whether individuals take the "people are people" approach, or this destructive 'We don't like your kind' approach.

Other than that, multiracials are being encouraged to stand for all aspects of their heritages- which is a good thing. I've seen comments, though, that show not everyone sees it that way.
 
I wouldn't have thought the Japanese would be happy about being classed as being the same as someone from Arabia. There are distinct differences between the races, let's not pretend otherwise.
 
The Japanese are not Arabs....We have the Near East...the Middle East..and the Far East. Arabia is Middle East....Japan is Far East. Let's not class them as all the same because they are not.
 
This all depends on whether Hispanics are "white" or "non-white". It's sort of an absurd discussion as it gets into hair-splitting about how much Hispanic or native American blood someone has.

For example, is Sergio Garcia "white?" Rafael Nadal? (I know they are not US citizens)

What about Jennifer Lopez? Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Alex Rodriguez? Julian Castro?

I don't worry about the ethnic makeup of the US. Diversity really does make us stronger.

Actually, most of the DNA of Latin America people would probably be heavily weighted more towards the Inca and Aztec, etc., civilizations rather than Spanish or Portuguese. The Conquistadors flooded South and Central America in the 15th and 16th centuries, and forced their ideology, Catholic Religion, names, and "sperm" on the indigenous people of those areas.

From what I remember, the US is on track for Hispanics to become the majority. That's not really an issue since religion is one of the main factors that causes integration issues. Not so sure about the UK and those European countries who are getting a large influx of immigrants from Islamic Middle East and Africa. Islam from those geographical areas is practiced very differently than in Western nations due to the constraints of our laws. Women's rights are especially a concern from those areas, and unless the UK clears up issues such as the legality of nikah marriage ceremonies, then there are bound to be cultural clashes.
