Black Lives Matter Targeting White Jesus’

That said, Jesus was supposed to have be born(?) near Jerusalem, correct? I'd point out that there are plenty of (in this later day) Jews who are light-skinned.
Jews are light in modern times mostly due to rape. The religion passes through the mother and her child is accepted, no matter what the circumstances of the child's birth. There was barely intermarriage back in the times that the Jews became light-skinned. There was intermarriage of Jews in countries like India, China, etc. where the mother was a convert. The point is, the mother must be a Jew and Jews in Jesus' time were always dark. Always.

Shaun King was expressing his opinion, which he is entitled to do. I haven't noticed him doing this as an action.

Only if you'll 'defund' White Supremacists..
Happy to do so if you can figure out a way to make it work. Neither group adds anything constructive to the problem. I would point out that white supremacists are not an organized group and they are not successfully extorting donations from large corporations at present a la BLM.

Do you mean "due to rape" or "due to race?" Also, wouldn't the lighter skin be due to the Diaspora and the settlement of Jews in places like Eastern Europe and Germany?

My son married a Jewish woman last year (Mazel tov!) and I am trying to learn more about Judaism.

So, he can "express an opinion" with the belief/hope that others will take it as a "request." ?
Wow, you jump to conclusions! Assuming you are correct, that you intimately know his inner intent, that's not illegal. Like wishing on a star.

What Shaun King does do is to advocate more violence by attempting to take down, or otherwise, destroy anything with the picture of a white Jesus on it. The group ANTIFA uses BLM as a Trojan horse to do their dirty work. Anything that is destroyed, such as monuments is credited to BLM when many times, it’s ANTIFA that are the Anarchists, although we do see many BLM signs being touted during the actions of these mindless nitwits.

I believe that the corporations that are donating the millions of dollars to BLM is doing so because it eases their conscience and gives their CEO a feeling that he is helping to level the playing field.

Rape. The Diaspora didn't turn dark people Nordic. Congratulations on your son's marriage. All the best.

"Tear them down" is something more than a request. I guess I would call it an exhortation.
Shaun King is a pathetic waste of space

Shaun King hasn't said anything illegal to my knowledge. It's still a free country and he can write what he wants.

It's not illegal to say "tear down that statue" but it is illegal to actually tear it down. Shaun King is encouraging people to do something he probably wouldn't do himself.

Just for the sake of accuracy, The primary group of those that captured slaves in Africa were Muslims. They in turn sold them to European slave merchants.

Was one group more criminal than the other?
No

The European gradually pushed the Muslins aside and dealt directly with Africian Tribes
that captured their slaves from enemy tribes.

2. In addition we have the complete genealogy of Jesus, it is important, but has nothing
to do with the hue of one's skin-geee.

As I was watching several different news outlets this weekend, one such station was talking about BLM, which peaked my interest. Shaun King, one of the co-founders of BLM tweeted on 6/22 the following: “Yes, I think the statues of the white European they claim is Jesus should also come down. They are a form of white supremacy. Always have been. In the Bible, when the family of Jesus wanted to hide, and blend in, guess where they went? EGYPT! Not Denmark. Tear them down.” If you have a stained glass window with a white Jesus, you may want to put up some type of protective covering.

BLM is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization and therefore; is permitted to accept donations. Many large corporations, such as: Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook and others have made millions of dollars in contributions to BLM. This year alone, BLM has donated millions of dollars to others as well. One such contribution amounted to $120 million. I thought to myself, “Wow, they could have sent a lot of black kids to college with all that money.”

Yes. All murals and stained glass windows of white Jesus, and his European mother, and their white friends should also come down. They are a gross form white supremacy. Created as tools of oppression. Racist propaganda. They should all come down. Shaun King

Do you agree?

Maybe Shaun is trying this as a diversionary tactic.

I just want everyone to know that I edited my OP for accuracy. I don’t believe that Shaun King is a co-founder of BLM

In the summer of 2013, after George Zimmerman's acquittal for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, the movement began with the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter.[20] The movement was co-founded by three black community organizers: Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi.[21][22] Garza, Cullors and Tometi met through "Black Organizing for Leadership & Dignity" (BOLD), a national organization that trains community organizers.[14] They began to question how they were going to respond to what they saw as the devaluation of black lives after Zimmerman's acquittal. Garza wrote a Facebook post titled "A Love Note to Black People" in which she said: "Our Lives Matter, Black Lives Matter". Cullors replied: "#BlackLivesMatter". Mounting attention on social media around this hashtag led to the creation of BLM.[

@Gardenlover
Wasn't Isaiah just predicting the event, but was not an actual witness to it? The ancient Jews had Messiahs everywhere. They were a dime a dozen.
Dunno - I'm far from a Bible scholar. I tend to believe that the Maker was a mix of all the races. Shalom 🙏
The words still impact me.
