What is your favorite brand of TV dinner; and your favorite TV dinner meal

I tried a Lean Cuisine meat loaf dinner. I was pleasantly surprised the meat loaf was really good. I am going to buy this brand from now on.

We keep a couple of "Hungry Jack" TV dinners in the freezer, and if we've had a busy day, and little time to prepare a regular meal, we pop those in the oven. I like the Salisbury Steak, and my wife likes the Chicken dinner. I'm sure they aren't the most nutritious meals, but once every 2 or 3 weeks is OK.

Sad to say our TV dinners are home made.
Slice of toast folded over slice of cheese is about as good as it gets here.
I love toasted cheese sandwiches, I use mayo on the outside bread, not butter, perfectly melted cheese, perfect toast, perfectly yummy.

I used to buy microwaveable packets of Indian dishes that were inexpensive and really tasty. Just cook some basmati to go with it, and it was a decent size meal.

The one thing about those other meals such as Stouffer's .. they're too small for a meal - more of a snack size.

I am supposed to eat 6 to 8 small meals a day instead of three regular meals. The smaller portions work for me, but it’s hard to find TV dinners I like on a consistent basis. I get tired of TV dinners really fast.

We're not really big fans of TV dinners but about once a week we'll buy (from a local grocer) store prepared take-out dinners for one which usually includes fresh grilled/fried chicken + 1 side (scalloped potatoes, onion rings etc). The price is very reasonable and the portions are good sized so each dinner will often last 2 meals.

I cook all year round; never had bought frozen dinners. Always thought they would have a cardboard taste to them. I recently discovered that I am not hungry at times and decided to buy a couple of Stouffer's, mac 'n cheese. They aren't bad and I can't even eat all of the contents. They are bigger than a snack size.

None of them! YUCK! Look at the nutritional information on those things -- sodium, hidden sugar, fats, unpronounceable additives, etc.

Besides which, I can pan grill a chicken breast or piece of fish and a vegetable or another healthy meal just about as fast as one of those awful cardboard tasting prepared dinners can heat up in the microwave.

Dedicate enough time in one day to make & freeze enough food to get you through the week. If for no other reason it keeps you out of the stores and it is better tasting and healthier. You can bake different types of meat at the same time for the main then freeze and have potatoes or rice in the fridge for days and veggies in the freezer = three course meal with little effort & time.
