  • A Texas man died after he was hospitalized for coronavirus after he was infected by his granddaughter after she attended a party.
  • Dr. Joseph Chang, chief medical officer at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas, told WFAA that the "20-something" girl visited her 80-year-old grandparents after going to a party with her friends.

The morbidity rate of this virus remains small. Yes, we are the most vulnerable population. But it's still small. Like less than 2%. I'll take those odds. Treatments are improving. But y'all keep on posting morbid news items. Death! You are risking death! At least until the election. And then hunker down forever. Personally, I'm ready to get out of the bunker. Geez. I want to travel again!

You said "Treatments are improving." Really?! Name one treatment, drinking bleach?! You as usual are without a single fact. A patient that leaves the hospital after three months in a bed on a respirator has a very sickly life for a undetermined time. Those stories are everywhere. Children are getting sick and the highest number of cases are in the age groups of 20-39. You must live in a world of fear of everything, Like Jack Nicholson Said, 'YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!" If as you say you re ready yo get out of the bunker, why are you even in a bunker if you are content with a death rate of 2%? Please feel free to run freely with flowers in your hair singing "love is everywhere". Do you have a will?

One way shut-ins can experience the joys of travel is to read books. Just a suggestion until actual travel is once more a reasonably safe option.

Fact, people are dying from this virus.

Few countries are welcoming visitors with American passports right now. Guess they're not willing to risk that 2% death rate. What wimps.

Don't think that you are special because you are Americans. Our border is shut to visitors from every country just now. Even New Zealand. People on legitimate business must go into hotel quarantine for at least 2 weeks at their own expense. Same goes for Australians returning home from Europe and everywhere else.
