What size shoes do your feet require?

Well, I think shoes are like pants, different manufacturers, different fit, therefore different size. Plus some of us need larger shoes due to problems with water retention. The trick is, getting a shoe that fits now, and a shoe that has enough room for when my feet swell like overblown balloons.

It is not a question of how stylish a shoe is or how it looks. Shoes need to be functional. Having said all this, 😂, it’s a mundane thread, IMO. Unless, of course, the undead are prevalent. In that case we need boots, good strong, bite proof boots. And the thread becomes less mundane and more survivalist in nature.

Survival is never mundane. 🤓

I am going to begin browsing the shops both online and offline, because yer slippers will be on the way
by Christmas  Size 7 for Twinkles, and the color preference of her choice :)

The shops are low on red slippers right now but lots of green, and lavender still remain in stock

I just bought a pair of deep wine colored slippers at Sam’s club, so red. They have a bit of fake fur lining around the top. They look very regal. And then I saw myself in the bedroom mirror in my old faded grey T-shirt nightie, my faded blue flannel robe, and thought, yup, definitely regal. 😂

have happy feet. not picky about what goes on them. most every shoe could be bought without trying on. average width. NO heels. if an open back (like a clog style or sandal/flip-flop), i could wear a 7.5. a closed shoe/sneaker... 8 fits best.

I'm generally in a men's 8 1/2 Wide, but sometimes it goes up or down a half size. I find this problematic because it's a size that often runs out quickly. There are a lot of men with 8 1/2 size feet in my area and all of the older children or younger teens who are on their way to bigger shoe sizes are also getting that size shoe.

5 1/2 - not always easy to find. My grandmother had UK size 3?!
1. Do 'they' still do size measurements in shops (perhaps not now with Covid 19 but I do remember that where they sold Clarks' shoes there was a measuring gauge for size and width).
2.Always hope they have been tried and tested for comfort , durability and speed. Not sure all the criteria was met!!!!!!
