Over the years I have had dreams out of the blue that came true. Years ago a few weeks after my Dad passed away.I had a dream about it that came true. When he passed away my niece was crying and said if God left my father she would never ask for a baby again because she couldn't get pregnant. a few days later I craked her and said my Dad would never want her to go without a baby just so he could live. A few days later my Dad came to me in a dream and told me to tell my niece she would be getting a little boy. He was with a cousin of mine and told me to tell her to remember 313. Well by coincidence a few weeks later a friend of her brother's got his wife pregnant and told my nephew they were going to put the baby up for adoption. My nephew said his sister would adopt the baby even though she never mentioned adoption. My Husband knew a lawyer and asked him to help with the adoption. The lawyer sent a member of his firm to help. It turned out the lawyer was the sister of the Priest that said my dad's funeral mass.
The adoption became final on my cousin who was in the dream's birthday and the courtroom they were supposed to go to was closed because it was being remodeled and the new courtroom was 313 which was my Dad's birthday. That little boy is now 26 yrs old today. I am still amazed by all that happened.

Most of my dreams are of future occurances.
I usually dream of what will happen to me a few months before they occur.
Sometimes angels reveal warnings or wonders which will take place.
A lot of the time I am "taken" to a place of learning.
A few dreams are nothing but silly dreams, but that doesn't happen often.
Most of my dreams are specifically coherent, extremely vivid and giving me messages.

haha! and believe me,I need guidence!

Years ago I had a co-worker who had recently started to come to work very well dressed. She would be the first one at the office in the morning and the last one to leave in the afternoon. She always had a big smile on her face. One day I had a dream in which she was crying and told her that in front of a couple of co-workers. I told her that in trying to console her, I could feel my hand on her arm.

Suddenly she started to cry and said that her beloved husband was dying.

Everyone in the office was shaking their heads in utter disbelief.

A few weeks later her husband died.

Yes, I have had many dreams come true. I have certain dreams that reoccur over and over. I have some that don't come true, but think there is another meaning to the dream than what I am actually dreaming. I dream a lot about certain things like bears, my dog, Nikita, my grandmother...........in fact I have many times woke up with the feeling that she was standing next to my bed. I had dreams about moving from my house to a one room house..........and now here I am in a one room apartment.

I keep an ongoing journal on my computer and often I will wake up and write what my dream was so I will remember it.

Never had a dream come true... never had a prayer answered.

That's a beautiful story, Sas.

Of course last night

I had another strange dream. I dreamt I was talking to a short man that looked like my Dad. He told me he was God. I asked why he was talking to me. He said I know you are worried about your Bother-in-law and your nephew,I asked him if they were together in Heaven. He told me to turn around and they both were standing beside me. They looked happy and then they both came up to me and asked if I would give my sister a kiss from them and tell her they loved her and are around her all the time, So this morning I called my sister like I do every day. She was crying and I asked her why.
She said she was thinking about her husband because he has been gone over 20yrs now and her son has been gone a year. She said she prays that they are together and that they still loved her. She said she would do anything to get a kiss from them. Then I told her the dream and we both started crying like babies.

Yes, I have often had dreams of the future. It seems to suggest that a lot of what happens is already decided. It's as if we are all actors playing a part in a play.

I haven't had any dreams come true but sometimes when I have a problem that I am having a hard time finding a solution to, Ill go to bed with it on my mind and sometimes dream about it, and in my dream, have a solution, or if not a solution, another way of approaching it that I hadn't thought of, many times what I dreamed about turns out to be the solution.

I think during the day our minds are full of clutter and 'chatter'. While we're asleep, our minds are free to concentrate on solving problems.

Yes. They are odd.

The first was my Godzilla dream. I was around 8 and had a recurring dream I was being "chased" by Godzilla. I always ended up hiding in a public ladies room with one stall. I'd go in the stall, being very quiet. I noticed all the things that were on the walls, the hooks, everything. Finally, I'd see Godzilla's eye looking down at me from the open stall ceiling. Terrified, I would wake up.

Months later, in "real" life my family went to a restaurant in Miami Beach. I went to the ladies room and it was the Exact one as in my dream.

The second is my San Francisco Subway Dream. I only had it once, but it was so vivid I never forgot it. In it, I'm in SF, walking along, notice a subway going down underground. I say to myself "but there is no SF subway" as I'm going down the stairs. I see a woman dressed in red holding a little boy's hand. He was in blue, dressed formally in blue shorts & jacket, a suit. The dream ends.

A whole lotta nothing, right? But............a few years later, in "real" life I'm in SF with my parents. I yell at my father to stop the car! I run out and then down the steps of a subway stop. I thought SF didn't have a subway, I certainly never saw one before in various trips. So, I run down the steps and of course, there is the same woman with the same boy.

Now why would insignificant things like that come true? I used to have a theory.............

Amazing Sassy! I've had several precognitive dreams most notably after the birth of my son who will be 53 soon. Some I interpreted to mean something which then came true. Others came true as dreamed except one of the details may have been slightly different. Before one of my grandsons was born. I dreamed that he was a caramel color brown, had dark curly hair and one of his eyes had a flesh colored film over it. I asked the doctor what was wrong with his eye and the doctor said "Don't worry about it, it will go away by itself". When my grandson was born, he had a lighter complexion and a beautiful head of dark curly hair (which isn't unusual for Black babies). One of his eyelids wouldn't open (the flesh colored film). When his mother asked about it, the doctor said "Don't worry, that will open (or correct itself)..can't remember which but was very similar to what I had dreamed.

During a period of time a few decades ago, I had several dreams of buildings on fire in my city. I can't say how long after the last one occurred that there was a big fire that burned many buildings and was visible from the top of a neighborhood parking garage. It looked so massive that me and a neighbor-friend were quite frightened as we stood up there and watched.

I came across this picture today. It wasn't a dream but it made me believe in people being able to read your future. When I was a teenager my mom's dad got lost at a feast day festival my Aunt took him to. She sat him on a bench and went to get him something to drink. When she came back he was gone. We did search party after search party looking for him. He was 85yrs old at the time. When he was missing for almost a month my cousins saw Jean Dixon at a seminar. After it was over she signed autographs for the audience. My cousin handed her a picture face down of my grandfather. As soon as Jean touched it she choked up and said "Oh he is missing, they will find his body Tuesday. She was exactly right. A young boy tripped over his body on Tuesday. After that, I always believed that some people had the ability to predict the future.

I had a terrible dream a few weeks ago, a person wearing
a long coat down to the ankles was coming for me, I don't
know if it was a man or a woman, because he/she/it didn't
have a head!

I hope that, that one doesn't come true.

Do any of you know what it means, you can be blunt, I am a
Scotsman with broad shoulders and I can take bad news

Mike.

Did you interact with the woman & boy?

No, I didn't even think about it, I was too freaked out. I forgot to say they were on the platform, waiting for a train, just as in the dream.
That makes me shudder just thinking about it.
