Anyone have info on the direct energy attacks?

I can only get occasional 10 second blurbs about the directed energy attacks on our FBI and CIA agents ,on the News.
All I have heard over the past two weeks was:
"Direct energy attacks", "Microwave energy attacks", "Fries the brain", "Kinetic energy", "disables our defense systems"
Then the news program talks about cyber attacks or changes the subject.

WHO is doing this? China? Russia? Outer space? WHO?
Was this addressed at the Summit, along with cyber attacks?
Does anyone have any more information on this?
Why isn't media giving this any coverage, except what I stated above?

This, to me, is WARFARE! This is a weapon of war directed at the USA! Everyone seems oblivious to this threat.
Is this not WAR?
Does anybody care?

I’m just being on the safe instead of sorry side and to be bluntly honest, most readers are going to think we are wearing tin foil hats or off our rockers for thinking such things so I tread lightly.

Skimming through the links shows the CIA, Pentagon and others are openly concerned about direct energy weapons; that's not tin foil....wish it was.

It’s no tin foil theory!
I agree but the technology is being taken from government militaries so it would be difficult discussing it without bringing politics into it.

These attacks have been going on since at least 2016, first I heard was with the attacks on the U.S. Embassy in Havana, Cuba.

But yes, Russia, China , Outer space... all prime suspects.
 
The way some people are acting in recent years, I wonder if there isn't some brain damage occurring among those who spend their days with their cell phone glued to their ears. The microwave energy being sent/received from these devices held just inches from the brain may well have some "side effects", over time.

Microwaves are incredibly dangerous and being used more and more in mainstream society and we wonder why we are all going a bit nuts.
 
I don't know if there is any merit in all this, but for no reason of late, I have had a sudden case of vertigo. Passes quickly enough, but then I get a buzzing in my ears for a few minutes. My blood pressure is fine, no unusual health issues, and am stumped.

Do you have tinnitus symptoms or horrible headache too?
Who is doing this? What country?
How large an area can be affected?
From what distance can this be done?
 
Nothing out of the ordinary, Gaer. A friend of mine was alarmed as I nearly lost my balance while just standing and talking to her. Now, I do have some issues with balance when I walk, but vertigo does not play into it. I felt like my eyeballs were out of control. It was only a split second, but weird, I must say. It has happened at least on two occasions now. Just out of the blue. I have been to the doctor since and nothing is new with me physically. I just attributed it to the aging process, but reading all this makes me wonder.
 
Among existing technologies yet to be revealed by military, intelligence, businesses and research organizations most very localized or industry specific issues affecting a person or persons are home microwave oven leaks, proximity to multi kilowatt high tension power lines, defective X Ray machines, marine or aviation radars and high power radio and TV transmission antennas and other non or yet to become weaponized components.
