This can be a helpful tool in dispelling general anxiety and, let's face it, there is more uncertainty and fear in the world these days. So list the things that don't scare you. Not at all. They may be things that actually make you a little happy. 😊

My family

My friends

My diet, which is just the things I eat that are super healthy and help me stay fit and strong.

Cooking. I have more time for this now and I love to cook and experiment.

Flowers and flower arranging

Sunshine

Springtime

Pets

Art

Drawing/sketching

Crafting

Music

T'ai Chi

Laughter

Creativity

Hugs and kisses

Sleeping

Reading your list of the things that do not scare you, everyday, can help control fear and anxiety and make you a more confident person. If anything does upset you during the course of your day read your list as soon as you can.

Peace from Chic.

The list you wrote reminds me of a positive psychology course I took a few years ago. They said to list what we're grateful for, and it seems you're grateful for a lot of things, and that's wonderful! So instead of focusing on things that don't scare me (a lot of things do scare me, lol), I am going to focus on what I am grateful for: God, my house, my family and friends, my talents, living in the U.S.A. - a free country, my education, my garden, living this long, etc. Thanks!

Things that Do NOT scare you.

A baby with a poopy diaper

No longer scares me

......probably

been awhile

but

The nightmares are gone
You're not scared of anything right, not even the missus(?)!

Diapers, never a serious issue here, plenty else though, bears, snakes, big cats, (now I'd as "lawyers" to my list recently!).

Oops misread OP intentions, (thought it meant not scaring you so much as they did). :)

Not scare me at all or ever, "breathing", "eating", "speaking", (wait that fits both interpretations if we're talking "public speaking").

Growing up I was afraid of dogs. I didn't want m children to have the same fear so I bought a dog and now I love them. I even babysit my daughter Bulldog when they go on vacation.
So now I am not afraid of
Family members
in-laws
Cooking
Kissing loved ones and friends
Well done with the dogs, (a great example to one and all):

I am not afraid of being a single woman living alone. I am not afraid of being out on the street downtown in my city, or taking good care of my pet rabbit and myself, or figuring things out on my computer by myself, or cooking new recipes and using new (to me) ingredients or cooking gadgets, or giving up owning a vehicle and finding other methods of getting around, or accepting help when I must.
