I went through the drive through. I ordered 3 items totaling 9.18. I got around the side to the pay window. I paid and shortly after she handed me a bag. I first thought the bag awfully light for what I ordered. I looked inside and there was one item--an order of nachos which I hadn't ordered and that was it. I sat there and motioned to the girl. I told her Where is my nachos bell grande? She rolled her eyes and said wait a minute. Then I handed her back the small bag and told her it's not mine.
I waited a few minutes and she gave me a much heavier bag and it contained all I ordered. Plus, the 2 cinna- balls I ordered were just thrown in the bag loose and the little paper thingy it was supposed to be in was in there unopened and nothing in it.
I bet they had wished I had taken off and said nothing. I didn't though. I always check my bag when I go there because the last 2 times I've been there it's been a problem.
I hardly ever go there and the last time there was a problem was last Spring.
That episode has taken away my desire to go back there.
The moral of the story: Always check your bag!
