You know i can't just gleefully pick even knowing this is a hypothetical. While some would say 'Don't look gift horse in the mouth', any horse person would tell you that if someone was offering you a variety of horses and said pick two you would be wise to examine the details of the gifts. (Check health, training, or maybe the horse needs you--current owner not taking proper care of a senior or special needs animal).
#1 a good choice as long as they document it is a gift, so not taxable.
#2 If i own my land would they build a 'brand new house' on it? i don't plan on moving or selling anyway. (Heck if it'd cost them less and they were willing they could do complete repair remodel on this place).
#3 Define Health care, would it include Dental, Vision and Hearing?
i won't belabor the point--i mentioned in a response to
@Kaila the details i'd want on #8. 8 being the only one besides the first 3 that interests me and even it. If i have a brand new home, meaning lower maintenance costs for a while to come and all my 'health' cost paid for remainder of my life? i can deal with the grocery prices--especially since that's 5 yrs not 'life'.
