No. No health club. Just looking for home remedies really. Thanks.I always found 10 minutes or so in a steam room makes it all go bye bye. Do you have access to a health club? A sauna is not as good as steam!
Sorry but looking for more answersAt our ages, if there were a viable home remedy, we would know it by now.
Time, and lots of water.Any remedies?
Thanks.Time, and lots of water.
Coca-Cola was originally sold as a hangover cure, you might try that... but in my experience its not better than water.
That's my son's remedy.\I don't know if this is a one-time thing for you, but if it happens again, my advise is before going to bed take 2 aspirin and 2 antacids. When I was clubbing back in the day, that almost always worked for me. I might still feel a little run down but not sick.
I hope it's just a hangover and not anything else.
That's what I always thought after each of my all too many hangovers...I had a massive hangover just one time, and learned my lesson....
Tried that a couple of times, the "hair of the dog" cure. It did work, but when I finally stopped drinking I regretted it. Not something I'd suggest...I've heard to keep on drinking
@DaveA me too. I did throw up once from eating to much ice cream. Not having been a drinker.I guess a hangover is one of life's pleasures that I've missed .
