Okay, I was (obviously) confused about what specifically were you confused by?
Oh, the rather loose rhyme, of Car-Park to Monarch, seemed to me, due to both are 2 syllables, with matching vowel sounds (the way my mouth says them)
and both ended with the sound of K.

(An original example:
I thought I saw the Monarch,
Driving out of the Car-Park.)
