Ever wondered what baked bean ice cream tastes like?

No, I never did. But I imagine it's quite interesting. If I could taste a sample, I would but wouldn't buy it until I try it. A couple of years ago, Atlantic City, N.J. had a bacon week. They had bacon flavored everything you can imagine. I wasn't there and even if I was, since I don't eat pork or anything processed with pork I wouldn't have tried it.

I've wondered about the state of the world, the economy, when this heatwave will let up, if I'll be up to my a** in snow this winter, if I should buy a new car, if we'll be forever contending with COVID and its endless mutations, if I'll ever be able to shake hands with someone again (let alone anything else), and WTH is up with funky monkeypox but, no, I've never wondered about baked bean ice cream. I like baked beans, so I'd be willing to take a bite or possibly two and see if it was 👍 or 👎. How would I know I didn't like it unless I tried it? How bad can it be?

In Gilroy. CA the have the garlic festival ever year and someone sells garlic ice cream. Sounds just as bad.
Garlic everything at that place.
The things they come up with.

Do they still have the garlic festival?
It was so hot the last time I was there, which was a very long time ago.

Can't say as I have

Guess it'll remain a mystery
Right up there with dog vomit on toast

The 'if you haven't tried it, don't knock it' saying never really made sense to me

Why limit the flavor to only Navy Beans<---most commonly used for baked beans? Or even to only ice cream? Experiment with sherbet & sorbet

Other beans that could be used.

Black Beans
Black-Eyed Peas
Cannellini Beans
Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
Great Northern Beans
Kidney Beans
Lima Beans
Pinto Beans
Fava Beans
Adzuki Beans
Edamame
Mung Beans
Soybeans
Cranberry Beans

But to answer the question. No. I'm good with the usual flavors.
