Things you enjoy that most people don't?

As everybody has their own likes & dislikes & preferences, what are some things you enjoy that most people don't?

As for me:

1. Paperwork. I'm probably one of the few people who enjoys doing income taxes, etc. (except the math part).

2. Grocery shopping. I can't do as much anymore, but it's something I've always enjoyed- even doing other people's shopping for them.

Heat and humidity... Its what I grew up with, and being on the water I always wanted the weather to let me spend the whole day wet. That's hot and humid. Miss it here, but headed to Louisiana tomorrow to get some!

We had no AC when I was a kid, and I was fine without it. Have to admit though that I use it now, to make my living space not so hot and humid...

I like grocery shopping more than I used to. Since retiring its an excuse to get out of the house...

Picking the scabs off my hands and arms

I get cut about every five minutes while working in the shop
I scab up quite fast

I like to pick at the edges, then flip them off
Some are so big they make a little noise when they land

Quite fun

I like peace and quiet now and again. No television or radio on.

Also I like Marmite, not many people I know like it.

I have so much background noise I could shoot myself some days. Tag team barking dogs, leaf blowers and weed whackers, loud exhaust from vehicles getting on the freeway. Do you have a place I could pitch a tent? I'm really not much trouble.
