Hi all
I am new to the forum and would like to take up the invitation to introduce myself.
I was born in 1943 and therefore I am 78 years young. Thankfully my wife of fifty four years and I are still fully fit and therefore can still go for walks daily, usually in the region of two to three miles. That is very much under the instructions of one of our three daughters who being a nurse is always informing us, "at your age either use it or lose it".
Along with the above, our main pre-occupation is our large garden here in North Somerset. However, with the coming of autumn, that is now reducing in our needs and therefore a laugh and a joke on a forum such as this with those of similar age may be just what we need amongst all the gloom that at present surrounds all.
So, that is me and my other half, and i look forward to engaging in the forum as that may tax my brain and further fulfil our daughter's demand of "either use it or lose it".
