What types of non alcoholic things do you like to drink?

Water first thing in the morning.
1 cup of coffee with breakfast.
Water throughout the day.
Occasionally, a small glass of pomegranate juice with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Herbal tea in the evening.
 

Coffee in the morning, water all day.
Water with Pedialyte Sport powder added when playing Spec tennis or Pickleball.
For the occasional treat, the Sparkling Ice, low calorie, zero sugar flavored water drinks. They satisfy the occasional craving for something fizzy without all the soda bad stuff.
 
It is a water treatment process that uses pressure to filter water through a filter with very small openings, too small for most dissolved solids to pass through. The result is a little like distilled water, not quite as pure but close. You can buy reverse osmosis units for the home, and in some places it is used to desalinate salt water to make drinking water.

I think RO water is the purest water you can get. Mine has five filters. Distilled water's issue is that any volatile compounds in the water, when heated, rise and get trapped in the distilled water. We used to make distilled water in the lab, so I know how it works.
 
I usually have coffee first thing in the morning, and then I like to make carbonated water in the Sodastream and drink that in the afternoon. Now that it is getting winter again, I am often also having a cup of decaf in the evenings.
Sometimes, I like hot tea, especially one of the Earl Grey varieties; but I do not much care for iced tea.

I LOVE eggnog, but it is not something that I just drink. I usually get a quart during the holiday season, and have a sip now and then, and I love having it in my morning coffee instead of creamer.
 
All my adult live have drank less liquids than advised without ill effects despite having a physically active outdoor lifestyle. I often hike for miles and ski for hours without becoming thirsty or drinking anything. All my adult life due to medical limitations, cannot consume any caffeinated drinks and drink little alcohol. What I do drink at home during my 2 meals a day is whole milk. Without breakfast or evening snacking, my consumption period is usually just 6 to 8 hours that allows my gastrointestinal system to remain quiet most of a day, that decreases aging due to less cycles. Also have orange juice I try to consume a bit of every other day. For the last few years, often have 64 oz cartons of sugary Kern Mango juice I drink for pleasure.
 
Coffee in the morning, water the rest of the day. Sometimes iced tea with lemon in the summer, hot tea in the winter. An occasional diet coke when I stop somewhere for fast food but I never buy them.

Occasional V-8 when I cook breakfast on the weekend.
